Team....There is no "I" in team

Our purpose statement at Laurel Creek is "Incredible Experiences....Everlasting Memories".  How do we achieve that?

Team:  "a group of players forming one side in a game or a sport"

Team:  "a group of individuals working together towards a common goal"

Team:  "A group does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize their strengths and minimize their weaknesses."

Team members need to learn how to help one another, help other team members realize their true potential. and create an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitations.

I'm incredibly proud of our team here at Laurel Creek for working hard every day to create incredible experiences and everlasting memories.  Events that we host are both rewarding to you and us and the experiences and memories are celebrated with the members and staff.  Not only do we strive to provide you with the best events, but we strive for excellence for each and every day you are at the club.
