Golf Shop Update - Greens, Tee Times, Range, and Hours
This weekend we're gaining an extra hour of daylight at the end of the day, and the days will continue to get longer; the true sign that golf season is just about here! I wanted to provide an update for you, specifically about the next two weeks as we transition into some Spring-time weather.
The greens are still covered, and we will be playing the temporary greens until March 17th. This also means that fairway mats are still in use. We still expect you to adhere to the policy and if your ball lands in the fairway, please use the mat that is provided in your golf cart. The fairways are still dormant, and every divot that is taken from the fairway will take just as long to heal as a divot taken in December. Please, use the mats in the fairways.
On Tuesday March 18th, the greens will be open, and the mats will no longer be in use!
Hours of Operation from March 11th through April 21st
First tee time will be 830am every day.
Pro Shop will be open from 8am to 5pm every day
Driving Range will be open from 8am to 6pm every day.
Reserving a Tee-Time & TBD notifications
- We encourage you to use the App to make tee time reservations; this not only secures your spot, but also helps our staff plan your experience better.
- Please ensure all the names are entered, and not left as TBD. We understand when reserving a tee time in advance, you may not know who exactly you’ll be playing with that day, and want to hold the spot.
- This year, we will be sending out automatic notifications 48 hours in advance of your tee time as a friendly reminder, to fill in the names of your group.
- 24 hours in advance, the TBD slots will be automatically removed from your reservation. We appreciate your attention to this detail.
Guest Information
- When entering guest information, please ensure you enter full first names and last names. We will ask you to sign in your guest, either in the pro shop, or with our new Guest Cards located at the outside services gazebo, or at the Starter’s station. If we have your guests names in advance, we will also be sending out this card via email, and you can fill it out at home and bring it with you the next day.
- A reminder that a single guest may only play six times per year, no matter which member they play with.
Driving Range Information
- We will be mats only on the range until April 1st, and then we'll have a rotating schedule on the grass. When we are mats only on the range, all shots, including Drivers, need to be hit from the mats.
- A friendly reminder, than only full-golfing members have regular usage of the driving range. Social, House, and dependents of single members do not have regular access, and only may use the range on the day you are playing golf. This includes junior golfers that are not part of a family membership.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out, and see you all soon!
