Simulator Policies

As we enter the offseason, it is a busy time for our simulator. Below are the simulator policies for this winter. We appreciate everyone's cooperation for this great amentity. The Laurel Creek Simulator, by HD Golf, offers over two dozen courses to play, multiple settings for a driving range, and various games to sharpen your skills in an interactive way. The Simulator is available by reservation only to play a round, take a lesson, or have an individual practice session. Simulator Access: All members with full golfing privileges have access to the simulator free of charge. Social members may access the Simulator for $30 per hour. Junior members may book the Simulator 48 hours in advance. House members are ineligible to book the Simulator unless they are taking a lesson. Members may only book the simulator 1 time per day, and 4 times per two-week period, unless they are taking a lesson. If you are booking for multiple people, please enter their names as well. Guest Policy: Members may bring guests for $60 per guest. Simulator Booking Times: It takes approximately 1 hour to play 18 holes, per player. To provide the most access possible, members may only book the simulator for the following times blocks: 1 Player – 1 Hour 2 Players – 2 Hours 3 Players – 3 Hours 4 Players – 4 Hours Reservations: Similar to booking a tee time, you must reserve the Simulator via the Laurel Creek app under Tee Times -> Golf Simulator. Tee times are available from 9:00am to 9:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday until 6pm. All reservations are for 1 hour and begin on the hour. Due to the popularity of the Simulator, cancellations within 24 hours of use will result in a $10 surcharge ($30 for Social members). All Junior members must be at least 17 years of age to access the Simulator unless they are with their parent. General Housekeeping Rules: To ensure a clean atmosphere, please wash your hands in the locker room before entering the Simulator or use the hand sanitizer on the counter. Please be mindful of your time to ensure the next reservation can begin their session on time. If you order any food or drinks, they must always remain behind the counter – no food or beverage is allowed on the turf. The dress code is to follow all club policies.
